A Letter from Greg Pawluk
Hello all and a big thanks to all of you, our guests, who helped make our Tent Sale event in May a huge success. It was nice to see a good number of you in our store to do business with us either in sales, service, parts, or just to stop in and have a quick conversation with us and partake in one of our Tent Event hotdogs and a soda. In following that spirit of partnership with a good cause we will be donating a new car in September with our next quarter partner, The American Red Cross. They approached us recently to let us know that summer is a very difficult time for them in blood collection and we thought the cause was certainly a good one so we are putting up a brand new Versa to be given away at our store in September during a live radio remote with Jimmy Malone and WMJI. Also at that event we will be holding our own blood drive to benefit the American Red Cross. Please stop by when you have a moment and ask how to register to win the car-you never know, you may be the lucky one!
When I look at the success you have brought this new team at Mentor Nissan by Sunnyside I'm most proud of our results in our Customer Satisfaction scores and their dramatic improvement over the last 90 days. As our guests you are telling us you like the changes in our store and like doing business with us. Nothing is more important to myself and the team of people staffing our stores than your ultimate satisfaction.
Of course we also understand that we need to be mindful of your budgets and that we need to be ultra competitively priced in today's market. One of our fellow stores in
